Cho bột mì, bột cacao, baking soda và một ít muối vào tô nhỏ, trộn đều rồi để sang một bên.
Cho chocolate và bơ vào một tô thủy tinh, cho vào lò vi sóng trong 2 phút, hoặc đến khi hỗn hợp chảy ra.
Thêm buttermilk, đường, trứng và vani vào hỗn hợp chocolate rồi trộn đều.
Cho hỗn hợp khô đã trộn sẵn ở bước 1 vào chung rồi trộn cho thật mịn.
Bôi một lớp bơ hoặc dầu ăn vào khuôn bánh rồi đổ sốt caramel vào đáy khuôn.
Cho hỗn hợp chocolate vào rồi tán đều.
Cho sữa đặc có đường, sữa nguyên kem, cream cheese, trứng, lòng đỏ và vanilla vào máy xay sinh tố rồi xay trong 1 phút.
Đổ hỗn hợp vào khuôn bánh, đặt khuôn vào một khay nướng sâu.
Đổ nước lên đến nửa khay.
Nướng khoảng 75 đến 90 phút ở 180 độ C.
